Terms and Conditions — Bepex Login Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bepex Login platform — whether through a web browser on your phone or desktop — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bepex Login. 2 Account Registration

Duplicate accounts — where one person creates more than one registration — are a violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Bepex Login may close the duplicate accounts and, depending on the circumstances, apply restrictions to the primary account.

3 Age Requirement

Bepex Login is an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. This requirement is firm and non-negotiable.

By ticking the age confirmation box during registration, you confirm under your own responsibility that you are 18 years of age or older. Bepex Login may at any time request age verification documentation. 4 Deposits & PKR Wallet

All funds on the Bepex Login platform are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods currently supported on the platform:

• Standard bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards

Deposit amounts are credited to your PKR wallet once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers follow standard settlement times.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your PKR wallet and used for betting or gaming. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit has been credited incorrectly or if you did not authorise a transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. PKR balances resulting from settled bets or casino winnings can be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available PKR balance at the time of the request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed on the Deposit page.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 8.
• Bepex Login reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification steps.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business days. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Bepex Login is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting on Bepex Login covers cricket including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches, as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are confirmed at the moment you submit your bet slip.
• Once a bet has been accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays in odds updates due to data feed timing. Accepted in-play odds are final.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or not completed, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed in the platform for that event.
• Bepex Login reserves the right to void bets in circumstances involving clear pricing errors, data feed failures or events that contravene these terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply on certain markets. These are displayed within the bet placement interface.
• Accumulator bets combine multiple selections; if any single leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

Cricket markets on Bepex Login — including PSL match winner, top batsman, over totals and method of next wicket — follow specific rules for rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes. Settled results are based on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board.

7 Casino & Games

The Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and Game Lobby sections of Bepex Login offer entertainment products with random outcomes. The following terms apply to all casino and game activity:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time dealer activity in the case of Live Casino tables.
• Game results are final once a round has been completed. Disconnections during an active round do not void the round — the outcome stands as settled by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Fish Games operate on a skill-and-chance model. Outcomes are not guaranteed and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• Live Casino table availability may vary at certain times of day depending on dealer scheduling.
• Bingo rounds are conducted on fixed schedules. Players must purchase cards before the draw closes for that round.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse game mechanics — including but not limited to software exploits, bot usage or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Bepex Login may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to real PKR balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible markets and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bepex Login reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — for example through matched betting across multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bepex Login platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, game results or bonus structures.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game mechanics or platform functionality in bad faith.
• Using the platform for any activity that could be considered money laundering or financial fraud.
• Allowing a minor to access or use your account.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or platform systems without authorisation.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.

Bepex Login actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Bepex Login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• The account holder cannot be verified as meeting the age or identity requirements.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 is detected.
• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks are associated with the account.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balance remaining after settling any outstanding issues may be returned to the account holder through the original deposit payment method, subject to verification and investigation outcomes.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting Bepex Login support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable time frame.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
